What Would I Do Now If I Had To Start Over From Scratch

Let’s face it. Things change… often!

If I had to start from scratch again today I would start with an Offline business as opposed to an Online business. Here’s what I mean by that.

Businesses that are done primarily on the internet I refer to as Online and businesses that have a large component that has nothing to do with the internet I refer to as Offline.

In today’s world, almost all Offline businesses still have online components but they are not the main components of the business.

So I would start with an Offline business and that business would be Real Estate Investing.

My entrepreneurial journey started back in 2006 and in my career so far I’ve tried A LOT of things!

I’ve had success and failure in both Online and Offline businesses.

The reason why I would begin with the Offline business of Real Estate Investing is because;

The learning curve isn’t as steep as that of an Online business
There is less “new stuff” to continuously learn in order to keep doing business profitably.
